FAQs

  • WOVA Health offers personalized, whole-body fertility programs designed to support people trying to conceive. Each program combines expert guidance, lifestyle strategies, and emotional support, adapted to your unique needs through continual check-ins.

  • WOVA supports individuals and couples at any stage of trying to conceive, whether working toward natural conception, navigating unexplained challenges, or seeking support alongside medical or IVF care. We also work with people managing conditions that can influence fertility, such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, thyroid disorders, and male-factor concerns. This approach is best suited for those ready to engage in a thoughtful, whole-body process rather than seeking quick fixes or overnight results.

  • Your journey begins with a detailed assessment that helps us understand your unique health, history, and fertility goals. From there, you receive:

    • A structured roadmap outlining key steps and milestones for your fertility journey

    • Access to a library of expert video lessons on nutrition, cycle health, mental wellbeing, environment, and more

    • Weekly multi-expert coaching support tailored to your needs, with frequency and format adjusted as needed

We plan to offer flexible access options in the future, so you can choose the level of support that fits your schedule and goals, whether that’s more self-guided learning, more coaching, or a mix of both.

  • Many clinical settings focus on the reproductive organs alone. WOVA takes a broader view, considering nutrition, sleep, stress, environmental exposures, metabolic health, and emotional wellbeing. This approach is informed by a multidisciplinary team, including reproductive endocrinologists, therapists, nutritionists, sleep specialists, acupuncturists, pelvic health therapists, and more.

  • No. WOVA complements medical care. We focus on optimizing whole-body health, clarifying lifestyle factors, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping you navigate choices in a more empowered and informed way. You can use WOVA alongside OB/GYN care, fertility testing, medicated cycles, or IVF.

  • The WOVA program requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Building new, healthy habits that support fertility takes time, and it’s important to maintain these habits for at least 3 months before conception. This timeline aligns with reproductive biology: it takes about 3–4 months for an egg to fully mature and approximately 74 days for sperm to develop.

  • Congratulations!t That’s wonderful news! We encourage you to continue the program even if your initial 6 months have passed. The first trimester of pregnancy is particularly important, and the program can support you in maintaining healthy habits, managing stress, and optimizing overall wellbeing. Beyond that, we can also provide guidance and support during your entire pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Yes. WOVA can connect you with some of the best IVF doctors in our network if referral is needed. Our program also focuses on optimizing your health before and during IVF, which can support your chances of success. Beyond the physical aspects, we provide guidance to help you navigate the complex emotions that often come with fertility treatments, offering support every step of the way.

  • All WOVA coaches are professionals in fertility with years of experience and have supported thousands of individuals and couples on their conception journeys. Some of our coaches are also medical doctors, while all bring deep expertise in integrative fertility, lifestyle, and behavior-change strategies. They work alongside our network of multidisciplinary experts, including reproductive endocrinologists, nutritionists, mental health therapists, and pelvic health specialists, to provide personalized, evidence-based guidance.

Important: WOVA coaches provide guidance on whole-body fertility, lifestyle, and emotional support. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should continue to follow the recommendations of your licensed healthcare providers and consult them for any medical concerns.

  • Every fertility journey is unique, and no program can guarantee pregnancy. What we can offer is a structured, science-informed approach that helps you strengthen the foundations that influence fertility, understand your body more clearly, and feel supported, emotionally and physically, throughout the process.
